When I first turn on my AQ1 Laser Light™, the dots seem somewhat dim. After a few minutes, they are brighter. Is there a problem with my laser light?
All AQ1 Laser Lights™ work best within an optimal temperature range (20 to 30C; 68 to 86 degrees F). If your AQ1 has been in a cold room, it may take a few minutes for the laser light to warm up.
Can I use a standard power supply with my AQ1 Laser Light™?
No. All AQ1 Laser Lights™ can only be used with AQ1 extension cables and our custom-design AQ1 power supply with attached 6-foot cable. We designed a custom connection on the back of all AQ1 Laser Lights™, along with custom connectors on all of our cables, to prevent damage that would occur to the AQ1 (or its user) by using a power supply that has the wrong power output.
Can I use the AQ1 Laser Light™ outdoors?
The AQ1 power supply is not waterproof, so there is a risk of electrical shock if you use it in a wet environment. In addition, the AQ1 Laser Light™ may not perform well in very low or very high temperatures.
Is the AQ1 safe?
The AQ1 has been determined to be in compliance with all applicable radiation safety requirements in accordance with US FDA CDRH 21CFR Subchapter J, Parts 1040.10 and 1040.11, by a neutral and disinterested Third Party Accredited Testing Laboratory.
Does the AQ1 Laser Light™ have a setting for automatically changing the light patterns?
No. However, Ambient Quality may introduce a product like this in the future.
